Using Bixby Text Call: A Quick Guide

Answering Calls with Bixby Text Call:
When a call comes in, tap on the Bixby Text Call option in your Phone app. A swipe up on the green Answer icon sets the stage for hands-free communication.

Automated Interaction:
Bixby, with its automated voice, informs the caller that you're using a text-based response system. It then politely asks the caller to introduce themselves and state the purpose of their call.

Text Transcription:
As the caller speaks, Bixby transcribes their words onto your screen. While not always perfect, this feature provides a quick and easy way to follow the conversation.

Your Turn to Respond:
Craft your responses using the keyboard or choose from predefined quick responses at the bottom of the screen. Once composed, tap "Send," and Bixby takes care of reading your message aloud to the caller.

Switching to Voice Call:
If text isn't cutting it, you can seamlessly switch to a traditional voice call by tapping "Voice call" at the top of the screen. When the conversation concludes, hit "End call" to wrap things up.
